Brett Boyd will be the first to admit that he’s far from perfect, but the founder of Ozarks Retirement Solutions and son of a preacher also knows he was designed for one specific purpose: to lift others up.

“I got into this business to help people, and God’s blessed the daylights out of me,” Brett said. “I don’t know why. I suck, but I give it all to the man upstairs. He takes care of me, and in turn I try to help and help and help.”

Originally a civil engineer, Brett left a lucrative position with Finley Engineering Company to fulfill his mission. Today, he tailors financial and insurance strategies for residents of the Ozarks, focusing special attention on identifying Medicare plans that best suit his clients’ needs.

Brett is friends with everyone he serves and says his primary objective is simple: to equip them with services and products that give them confidence to pursue their dreams. “I want everyone to succeed in life,” he said.

As dedicated as he is to helping his clients, community and church, Brett is most devoted to his family, calling his wife, Alyssa, and children his “world.” He also is passionate about golf, saying it’s his favorite thing to do even though he’s “freaking horrible.”
